1. Generally, plants are not returnable after sale. As plants are living products, environmental factors can affect them, therefore, once sold, we cannot resell them. However, if you receive plants with quality issues or damage during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will do our best to handle the situation.
2. Gardening supplies can be returned. If you receive gardening supplies with quality issues or that do not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange a return and refund. When returning items, please ensure they are unused and retain their original packaging and accessories.
3. (Not applicable to bonsai) If you need to return the item due to personal reasons (e.g.)Gardening suppliesIf the item does not meet your expectations or needs, you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide relevant proof. When returning the item, please ensure it is unused and retains its original packaging and accessories. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
4. Please note when using a credit card: Credit card refund processing fees are non-refundable.
Transaction fees:
When you purchase a product, the merchant pays a certain percentage of the transaction fee to the credit card processing company. This fee is not refunded to the buyer when a refund is issued.
