Return and Refund Policy:
Thank you for choosing our Bonsai online shop. We value your shopping experience and therefore provide the following return and refund policy:
1. Once a plant is sold, returns are generally not accepted. Since plants are living commodities, they may be affected by environmental factors, so once sold, we cannot resell them. However, if the plants you received have quality problems or are damaged during transportation, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
2. Gardening supplies can be returned. If the gardening supplies you received have quality problems or are not consistent with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a return and refund. When returning products, please ensure that the product is unused and retain its original packaging and accessories.
3. (Not applicable to bonsai) If you need to return the product for personal reasons (e.g.Gardening suppliesdoes not meet your expectations or needs), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide corresponding proof. When returning products, please ensure that the product is unused and retain its original packaging and accessories. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
4. Please note that credit card refund fees are not refundable
Transaction Fees:
When the product was originally purchased, the merchant paid a certain percentage of the transaction fee to the credit card processing company. In the event of a refund, this fee will not be refunded to the buyer.
