Water thoroughly as the soil starts to dry. Avoid a completely dry rootball or waterlogging.

Keep foliage ventilated; avoid drying winds and direct air-conditioning.
Placement
Outdoor cultivation is preferable. Assess light, ventilation and seasonal conditions before choosing an indoor window position; supplement light where needed.
Feeding and routine checks
Feed during healthy growth according to the fertiliser label. Inspect for scale insects, mites and dieback; identify the problem before treatment.
